So often we get to the end of the week and think well I got nothing done again. It leads to frustration, that we let the week get away from us and truly didn't accomplish the things that were important to us. I will be the first to tell you that I stink as structure and planning. I'm much more a go with the flow free spirt, so much that it's really hard for me to commit to things weeks out. Mainly, because I know I over commit and the first things to go are self-care, family time, and what it truly important to me get put on the back burner easily.

With quarantine and life getting flipped upside-down I felt like any schedule we had went out the window and we haven't got back into any routine. Because of that I have felt that I haven't accomplished much personally or in business in this season. So I called on my friend, Chelsea Wessman, who is an expert in this area to help up set up a weekly plan that will help us feel successful at the end of each day and week, all while setting what is most important to you first.

Knowing that I needed help, I figured you could use help too! So meet my friend Chelsea, a t-shirt and jeans wearing, toddler wrangling boy mom and wife. In her pre-momming days as a former non-profit program manager and community educator, Chelsea had the opportunity to coach, educate, and lead others to achieve personal, professional, and organizational success. Now, as a work from home Productivity Coach & Educator, she empowers ambitious but overwhelmed mamas and entrepreneurs to optimize their time, mindset and money through integration and accountability masterminds, one-on-one coaching and group coaching programs. Chelsea is passionate about inspiring fellow goal getters to see more for their life, do more of what matters most, be more of who they are meant to be...and also popcorn with chocolate chips.
